Pursuing the Presence of God and devoting his life and service to God is Elder Naquaan Tabor‘s true passion. Embracing God‘s love and walking in victory and power while experiencing the fullness of God‘s promises is his calling.

Elder has a tremendous passion for God‘s word coupled with a love for God‘s people. He has a contagious spirit of generosity that flows through every facet of his life. He enjoys preaching and living by the word of God.

Elder has been preaching since his early 20’s and has been in pastoral ministry since 2014. He conveys his philosophy that one should find their purpose in life and understand that this purpose should fit into God‘s purpose and destiny of one‘s life.

Having received his mandate from God, Elder obediently fulfills his calling at NMPAT Ministries, serving to make a difference in the lives of God‘s people. He seeks to serve in every capacity of humanity and feels great joy in submitting himself to divine love.

Elder is purely a God‘s person who‘s dedicated to his life‘s mandate to change lives, heal hearts and save souls. He is quickly becoming one of the sought–after leaders in the world today, as he shares his revolutionary message of empowerment and hope.

He has sought to bring people new compassion of life and God, which would allow them to experience that with a feeling of connection to spirituality. He loves God with all his heart and soul in all his mind, and he lives to serve God daily.

Elder‘s Spiritual Journey

The work of the Lord has always been first and foremost in his heart, so he seeks to change numerous lives by moving the cause of Christ forward in a remarkable way. He has always believed in exploring ministry at the intersection of the spiritual and social, the secular and sacred.

Naquaan was first introduced to God through his Grandmother, Minister Garaline Tabor. She was an ordained Minister at The Way of Life Church in Passaic, NJ. Every Sunday, she took Naquaan and his siblings to church, ensuring a proper foundation in God was built, and consciousness of who God is was taught.

At the age of five, Naquaan joined his grandmother‘s church and started singing in the children‘s choir.  It was during this time his love of singing gospel music began. Inspired by his Pastor, Elder David Gordon, Naquaan began serving in the church.

Over the years, while working with his Pastor, Naquaan began to emulate him. At the age of thirteen, he began to speak at youth events and platform services. This quickly demonstrated the ministry call that God had placed on his life.

At the age of 23, Naquaan received his call to the ministry through the encounter and under his spiritual father‘s tutelage. Demonstrating his unwavering faith, he decided to devote his life and service to the ministry and Pastor full time.

He served on over 10 of the ministries‘ auxiliaries board and as a close adjutant to his Pastor. Following the lead of God, Naquaan departed The Way of Life Church in January of 2017 and joined Closer Walk Ministries in Newark, NJ.

Under the leadership of Pastor Robert Goldson and Lady Goldson at Closer Walk Ministries Naquaan continued to work diligently and faithfully, cultivating the gift God has bestowed upon him. Their continued support and mentorship helped him to reach greater heights in his walk with God.

In 2018 Pastor Goldson relocated to Virginia and placed Naquaan in charge of the ministry. Minister Naquaan was then ordained and elevated to an Elder on May 18, 2019, at Closer Walk Ministries. Under his leadership and focus on outreach, membership doubled, spiritual chains were broken, heavy loads were lifted, and souls saved.

One of Naquaan‘s greatest accomplishments as the acting Pastor of Closer Walk Ministries was being able to provide over six hundred meals a year to the less fortunate. With such a great calling to fulfill, Naquaan‘s ultimate desire is to see people fully embrace God‘s love while walking in  victory possessing power while experiencing the fullness of His promises.

In 2021, Naquaan departed Closer Walk Ministries and founded NMPACT Ministries. NMPACT Ministries operates as a ministry aimed to develop, uplift, and inspire God’s people. Guided by the Holy Spirit NMPACT Ministries joined Holy Tabernacle Fellowship of Churches under the leadership of Bishop Doye Williams on September 26, 2021. Elder Naquaan vigorously embraces the call to serve as the Pastor of NMPACT Ministries today, as he often says, “We must See It, Speak It, Believe It, to Achieve It!“
